Terms of Service

Pet Bartender AI is a creative tool that uses one photo you submit to make a short AI-generated bartender video. The video may include the Pet Bartender concept, such as round glasses and the $1, $5, and $50 drink rounds. Available options, quality, duration, and credit cost are shown in the generator before you submit a request; AI results may vary.

The service depends on third-party AI generation, storage, authentication, and payment providers. Those providers may have their own terms and availability limits.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if higher, to create an account or buy credits. Keep your account information accurate and your sign-in credentials secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.

Submit only photos and other material you own or have permission to use. If a photo shows an identifiable person, obtain any consent required for your use. You are responsible for the material you submit and for reviewing and sharing the result lawfully.

Do not use Pet Bartender AI to break the law, violate another person’s rights, or harm or deceive others. Do not submit or request content that is exploitative or sexual involving minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, harassment, threats, fraud, or unauthorized impersonation. Do not attempt to disrupt, probe, or misuse the service.

Generation requests may be screened or declined by a provider. We may limit or suspend access when needed to enforce these terms, protect users or the service, or comply with law.

You retain any rights you have in the material you submit. You give Pet Bartender AI permission to host, transmit, and process that material as needed to provide, support, and protect the service, including sending it to the selected AI provider.

AI-generated appearance, movement, clothing, props, and other details can differ from your photo or expectations. Results may not be unique. Review the complete video before sharing it and make any AI-generated disclosure required by law or the platform where you post it.

Credit packs are one-time purchases with no recurring subscription. The price and credit cost are shown before checkout or generation. Purchased credits do not expire, are not cash, and cannot be transferred to another account.

Credits are reserved when a generation is submitted and settled after the completed video is stored. A confirmed generation failure returns the reserved credits. If the provider’s response is uncertain, we check the existing task before returning the credits or starting another generation. See the Refund Policy for purchase questions.

Completed videos are available for up to 7 days. Source photos and intermediate files are scheduled for deletion within 24 hours after a task completes or fails. You can delete an eligible task from My Videos. Contact support@petbartender.com for an account or privacy request.

We may update these terms as the service changes. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last updated. For help with a task, purchase, or rights concern, email support@petbartender.com with the relevant task or order ID. Do not include passwords or payment credentials.

Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
