Privacy Policy

When you create an account or sign in, we process information such as your name, email address, and sign-in identifiers. We also keep the records needed to operate your account, including credit balances and transactions, payment and order references, generation IDs and status, selected settings, and the photo and video needed to provide your request.

PayPal processes checkout. We receive the payment and order details needed to confirm a purchase and add credits; we do not store full payment card numbers or security codes.

When you submit a photo, we store it in private file storage and send it with the generation instructions and settings to the third-party AI video provider selected for that request, currently APIMart or fal.ai. The provider accesses the photo through a temporary link configured to expire within 24 hours. Your photo and finished video are not automatically published as public examples.

The provider processes information under its own terms and retention practices. Deleting a file from Pet Bartender AI does not confirm that the provider has deleted any copy it may hold.

Your photo and generated video are stored privately and are available through your account. People operating Pet Bartender AI may access relevant records or files when needed to provide support, protect the service, or resolve a processing issue.

A completed video is available to download for up to 7 days after it is finished. Your source photo and intermediate files are scheduled for deletion within 24 hours after a task completes or fails. Cleanup may be retried if storage is temporarily unavailable. You can delete an individual completed or failed task earlier from My Videos.

Account, generation, and payment records may be retained as needed to operate your account, reconcile purchases, protect the service, and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Contact us at the address below for an account or privacy request. We may ask you to verify that you own the account.

Your selected photo and settings may be saved in IndexedDB in your browser so you can resume setup after signing in or checking out. Remove the photo in the generator or clear this site’s browser storage to remove the saved draft.

If configured, Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, and Ahrefs Analytics may collect page visits, interaction events, campaign tags, and general browser or device information. These tools run unless this browser has an essential-only analytics preference saved. We do not include your uploaded photo, generated video, or account email in analytics event data. Essential session data is used to keep you signed in.
